How to fix missing .NET Framework 3.5 in windows 8.1

Windows 8 & 8.1 already bundled with .NET Framework 4 & 4.5, but not include with previous version such as .NET Framework 3.5, so we can't run program that need .NET Framework 3.5 even we already have a full version of .NET Framework 3.5 we must update it, if you had an internet connection that issued is nothing but what about people out there who lived without internet connection at home, that will be a major problem. So today i'll show you how to solve this problem.

.NET Framework 3.5 error 

Online Version

If your windows is upgrade version from windows 7, you can activate the .NET 3.5.

1. Setting - Control Panel - Program.
2. Click on windows feature, there will a pop up.
3. Mark at check box choose ".NET Framework 3.5 (include .NET 2.0 and 3.0)".
4. Then windows will automatically download the following item.

Offline Version

1. Please insert windows installation disk find folder named "sxs" (example: E:\source\sxs) E: is my dvd drive. 
2. Open CMD.exe (Command Prompt) Run in administrator privilege.
3. Type "Dism.exe/online/enable-feature/featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:E:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess" then hit enter.

At least, after we complete every step above and .NET Framework 3.5 is installed, we can find .NET On or Off feature at  windows feature.
